If you are professionally mature and passionate about helping others, this position could be the perfect fit for you! ### What You'll Do **Client Consultation**: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate these into technical requirements, and guide them on best practices. **Solution Strategy**: Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive solutions for Shopify Plus implementations, [migrations](/migrations), and customizations. **Project Oversight: **Oversee the project lifecycle from discovery through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. **Project Management**: Onboard clients, schedule weekly meetings with clients and manage the process, scope, tasks and timelines through Clickup **Integration Supervision**: Oversee [integrations](/integrations) with third-party applications and services, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and custom APIs. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery. **Documentation**: Produce clear technical documentation, including technical resources, data instructions, and specifications for internal and client use. **Performance Review**: Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and ecommerce KPIs in accordance with Shopify Plus standards. **Ownership**: Take full ownership of the project and deliver on schedule and on scope. ### Our Ideal Candidate **Solid eCommerce experience**: Understands all aspects of eCommerce very well, including how disciplines are aligned with each other. **Technical Expertise: **Deep knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform, and Shopify's capabilities, including custom apps and integrations. **Good user experience design**: Knows and stays updated on user experience trends, conversion rate and eCommerce [optimization](/growth) strategies. **Communication: **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. **Replatforming Expertise: **Extensive experience replatforming from other ecommerce platforms to Shopify, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity. **Experience**: 3+ years of technical project management or Shopify solution architect ### Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $90-$120k USD Remote Work (US Central Timezone) Half-day Fridays all year round 16 Days Personal Paid Time Off Health coverage Yearly Company Retreat Education & Professional Development **Work with an awesome, small, and talented team** ‍
