We started in 2013 as a Shopify Partner. One team, one platform, one bet: that ecommerce was about to change everything for the businesses that make and move real product. We were right about that. We just didn’t know how long the road would be, or how much we’d learn walking it.
Over the next decade, we worked with hundreds of brands. Manufacturers. Distributors. Wholesalers. Suppliers. We sat in their warehouses, on their sales floors, and across the table from their owners. We earned Platinum Partner status along the way, but the thing we’re proudest of is the trust. An unchallengeable reputation as a partner that delivers. And customers who came to us for one project and stayed for over ten years.
Somewhere in those years, we became students of how these brands actually work. The phone calls. Emails. Spreadsheets. Even fax. The relationships. The quote built from memory because the buyer’s been ordering the same thing for eight years. The chaos and the craft of it. We came to believe these businesses are the catalyst of the economy, and they’ve been underserved and overlooked by software for far too long. So we became a product company in addition to providing solutions. Built by people who’d lived inside these businesses, for the businesses we believe in.
