Wholesale that sells itself.
Wholesale revenue is real, but the buying experience behind it is often stuck in the fax era. We put account-specific catalogs, negotiated pricing, and reorder flows on Shopify so buyers serve themselves and reps stop taking orders by email.
The challenge
In a lot of B2B operations, orders still arrive by email and phone, and reps re-key them from spreadsheets and PDFs. It's slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale as the account base grows.
Pricing compounds the problem. Account-specific prices and terms live in someone's head or a side spreadsheet, reordering means another call instead of two clicks, and standard checkout assumes a credit card when wholesale actually runs on purchase orders, net terms, and approvals.
The routine reorder should never need a phone call.
How we approach it
We set wholesale up on Shopify B2B so each buyer logs in to their own assortment and their own negotiated pricing. Order history, fast reorder, and bulk add-to-cart let them place routine orders without a rep in the loop.
Checkout is built for how B2B actually buys, net terms, purchase orders, and approval flows included. Reps can still order on behalf of accounts, but their time shifts from order entry to the relationships that grow.
“Reps freed to sell, not to type.”

Native Shopify first, extended with the Uncap products that make this vertical run. A few do most of the heavy lifting:
Answers, before you ask.
Can we offer different prices to different customers?
Yes, account-specific catalogs and price lists are core to Shopify B2B and how we set wholesale up.
Do buyers need a separate site from our DTC store?
Not necessarily. We can run wholesale alongside DTC on one store, or as a dedicated portal, whichever fits your operation.
What about net terms and POs?
Both are supported, we configure terms, PO checkout, and approvals so wholesale buys the way it actually buys.
Can reps still place orders for customers?
Yes. Reps can order on behalf of accounts while buyers self-serve the routine reorders.
