Role Overview
The Delivery Director is the orchestrator of all active client programs — the person who ensures every Uncap engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to launch.

You’ll oversee project management, client relationships, and production delivery across design, development, and integrations — coordinating multiple internal and external teams toward one synchronized execution plan.

You’ll lead delivery outcomes while delegating execution details to internal PMs and coordinators — empowering them to manage day-to-day operations under your guidance.

This role blends program leadership, client strategy, and delivery discipline — ensuring we stay on budget, on time, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight

- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across all client programs.
- Own timelines, dependencies, and success metrics for multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure SOWs stay within scope and on margin — leveraging “Scope Expansion Contingency” funds where appropriate.

Client Relationship Leadership

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout delivery.
- Lead workshops, weekly syncs, and strategic checkpoints.
- Translate complex technical progress into client-facing clarity.

Team & Vendor Coordination

- Oversee cross-functional delivery teams (PM, design, development, QA, integrations).
- Manage third-party vendors, iPaaS partners, and app integration specialists.
- Ensure design and development pipelines remain fully aligned with project priorities.

Delivery Optimization

- Continuously refine delivery frameworks, PM templates, and internal QA processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve velocity, communication, and profitability.
- Identify blockers early and implement preventative workflows.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience managing Shopify B2B Implementation or Complex Replatforming projects.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams within an Digital Agency or Systems Integrator (SI).
- Strong grasp of Shopify B2B, ERP/PIM/CRM integrations, and digital operations.
- Exceptional communicator — clear, calm, and client-facing under pressure.
- Process-driven, yet pragmatic — able to balance excellence with efficiency.
- Comfortable leading a large portfolio of complex, concurrent projects.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clickup .
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, and curious about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in ecommerce and beyond.
