Why Blueprint exists
For over a decade, I've worked with fast-growing brands moving to Shopify. The pattern is always the same. The team is sharp. The product is ready. The deals are there. But no one has mapped how the business will actually run on the new stack. So the project stalls, or it ships and the cracks show three months in.
The problem isn't capability. It's clarity. And most operators are making a hundred decisions in the dark, often with consultants who get paid more the longer it takes.
I've watched teams spend six figures on a replatform only to discover, halfway through, that nobody asked the right questions about pricing logic, account hierarchies, or how the ERP would actually talk to the storefront. By then it's too late to course-correct cheaply.
So we built Blueprint. It's paid because the work is real. It's yours because the answers should be. And it ends with you in control, whether you build with us or someone else.
You have optionality. This part matters more than anything.
