How does Shopify-to-ERP integration work?
Shopify-to-ERP integration works by syncing data between the storefront and the back-office system so both reflect the same information. Uncap Connect does this in real time and in both directions: when the ERP updates, Shopify knows, and when Shopify updates, the ERP knows. Orders placed on the storefront land in the ERP, and fulfillment updates from the ERP land back on the storefront.
