01 The problem

Your systems disagree, and reconciling them has quietly become a full-time job.

Today
  • Inventory lives in the ERP, orders in the cart, customers in the CRM, and none of them quite agree.
  • Nightly batch jobs leave the storefront a day behind what's actually on the floor.
  • Every new channel means another brittle, hand-built integration to babysit.
With Uncap Connect
  • One real-time layer every system reads from and writes back to.
  • Stock, pricing, and orders update the instant they change.
  • New channels connect as configuration, not a fresh integration project.

04 Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

What is Uncap Connect?

Uncap Connect is a Shopify-to-ERP integration app that keeps a store and its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in real-time, two-way sync. It is built by Uncap, a Shopify Platinum Partner and Shopify Expert since 2013. Connect is embedded natively inside Shopify, with no separate middleware platform to maintain, and it keeps pricing, inventory, customers, and orders current on both sides. It is built for business-to-business (B2B) operations where data has to stay aligned across systems.

How does Shopify-to-ERP integration work?

Shopify-to-ERP integration works by syncing data between the storefront and the back-office system so both reflect the same information. Uncap Connect does this in real time and in both directions: when the ERP updates, Shopify knows, and when Shopify updates, the ERP knows. Orders placed on the storefront land in the ERP, and fulfillment updates from the ERP land back on the storefront. This removes the manual re-keying and reconciliation that happen when the two systems are kept in sync by hand.

What is the difference between a native Shopify ERP integration and middleware?

A native Shopify ERP integration lives inside Shopify itself, while middleware is a separate platform that sits between systems and has to be run and maintained on its own. Uncap Connect is embedded natively in Shopify, so there is no extra platform for a team to log into or babysit. This lowers the total cost of ownership and removes a failure point, since the integration is not a third system that can drift out of sync or go down on its own.

Does Uncap Connect handle B2B pricing and terms?

Yes. Uncap Connect is built for B2B, so it syncs customer-specific pricing, credit terms, and tax rules the way business-to-business operations actually work. It also keeps multi-location inventory aligned, so a store can sell from any warehouse and show the same stock everywhere. The data flows are B2B-aware by design, rather than a general consumer sync adapted after the fact, which is what keeps complex pricing and account terms accurate across both systems.

Which ERPs does Uncap Connect work with?

Uncap Connect is ERP-agnostic, built to connect the major ERP systems that B2B operators actually run. The ERP stays the system of record, and Connect keeps Shopify in sync with it rather than replacing it. For a specific ERP and the depth of sync your operation needs, the Uncap team confirms fit directly. This keeps the integration matched to how your back office is already set up instead of forcing a change to it.
