Every system,
finally in sync.

Uncap Connect is the real-time data layer between Shopify, your ERP, and the warehouse floor. Inventory, orders, customers, and pricing move the moment they change — not in an overnight batch.

01 The problem

Your systems disagree — and reconciling them has quietly become a full-time job.

Today
  • Inventory lives in the ERP, orders in the cart, customers in the CRM — and none of them quite agree.
  • Nightly batch jobs leave the storefront a day behind what's actually on the floor.
  • Every new channel means another brittle, hand-built integration to babysit.
With Uncap Connect
  • One real-time layer every system reads from and writes back to.
  • Stock, pricing, and orders update the instant they change.
  • New channels connect as configuration — not a fresh integration project.
02 How it works

Three steps, then it just runs.

A clear path from setup to live — no black box, no surprise scope.

01

Map

We map every object and field across Shopify and your back office into one shared model.

02

Sync

Bidirectional, real-time sync moves inventory, orders, customers, and pricing continuously.

03

Monitor

A live console shows every sync, flags conflicts, and replays anything that fails.

What's inside

Real-time, two-way

Changes flow both directions in seconds, not overnight.

One data model

A shared schema maps cleanly onto your ERP and Shopify.

Conflict-safe

Field-level rules decide which system wins, every time.

Live console

Watch every sync and replay failures without a developer.

Any channel

DTC, B2B, retail, and marketplaces read the same source.

Audit trail

Every record change is logged, attributed, and reversible.

03 Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

Does Connect replace our ERP?

No. Connect sits between your systems — your ERP stays the system of record, and Shopify becomes the storefront, kept in sync in real time.

How fast is “real time”?

Most events propagate in a few seconds. Bulk operations are queued and throttled so they never overwhelm an endpoint.

What happens when a sync fails?

Failed events are isolated, surfaced in the console, and replayable — nothing is silently dropped.

Can we start with one system?

Yes. Most teams start with the ERP–Shopify link and add channels and tools from there.
