About these terms

These terms govern your use of uncap.com and any hosted apps Uncap, Inc. (“Uncap”, “we”) operates under uncap.com. They are separate from the master services agreement that governs paid engagements; a signed MSA takes precedence over anything here.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Don't use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Don't scrape at a rate or scale that disrupts service for others.

Intellectual property

The Uncap name, logo, and the content on uncap.com are owned by Uncap. You may quote excerpts with attribution. Substantial copying for commercial purposes requires written permission.

Quote requests & communications

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying or emailing hey@uncap.com.

Disclaimers

uncap.com and any free content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncap disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of uncap.com. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to uncap.com is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the “Effective” date above when we do. Continued use of uncap.com after a material change constitutes acceptance.
