What You'll Do
Close new business & expansion sales opportunities to achieve individual and company level revenue targets
Build out a new business prospecting plan by focusing on opportunity development within our ideal customer profile
Present capabilities, service offerings and differentiators via the phone, email, virtually and in person
Aggressively build your own sales pipeline and drive attendance or organize in-person and virtual events
Present creative solutions through storytelling, consultative conversations, and tailored solutions
Use HubSpot CRM, prepare reports, send bulk emails, automate functions and utilize its capabilities to optimizes the sales process
Maintain consistent contact with key players as they make career changes, re-establish relationships and continue selling the benefits of working with Uncap
Work with the executive team when / where needed to assist in advancing opportunities and closing business

Knowledge of Ecommerce - Must have a good understanding of ecommerce, ecommerce technologies and ecommerce ecosystems.
Two years of Account Executive or Sales Related positions experience
One year of Digital Agency experience
One year of experience working at a Shopify Plus partner or platform
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding quotas
US-Midwest Resident (preferred)
