"The team communicated consistently and efficiently, and internal stakeholders were particularly impressed with the Uncaps' vast technical expertise."
Shopify ERP Integration
for Manufacturers and Distributors
When your ERP and Shopify don’t talk, the cost shows up everywhere. Orders get retyped. Inventory drifts. Buyers see the wrong prices. Finance reconciles by hand. Every gap between the two systems lives in your team’s day.
We fixed it, two ways.
ERP integrations for Shopify, owned or managed, built by a Platinum Shopify Partner working on the platform since 2013. Less friction. Lower operational cost. One point of accountability, whichever path you take.
Two ways we connect your ERP, one team behind both.
Every ERP integration we run comes down to one of two builds.
Uncap Connect is an embedded Shopify app. It lives inside the Shopify admin, where your team already works. No separate dashboard, no third-party middleware sitting between you and your data.
iPaaS Integration is for teams already committed to a platform, or whose environment calls for connector-based middleware instead of an embedded app. We build it, configure it, and support it, so you get the same reliability and the same point of accountability.
Either way, the integration is mapped to how your business actually runs, not a generic template. Non-standard customers, layered pricing, account-specific catalogs, the edge cases every B2B operation has. We map them in instead of working around them.
What about Shopify's native ERP connectors?
Shopify has partnered with several ERP providers on direct integrations, including Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite (through Oracle's NetSuite ERP Connector), and QuickBooks Online. Infor publishes a free connector for M3 CE. For a standard catalog they are a good start. Shopify itself warns that some App Store integrations aren't fully compatible with Shopify B2B companies and catalogs, and that is where account pricing, credit, and company structure need more. Our guide to official Shopify ERP connectors and their limits covers where each one stops.

ERP integration questions, answered.
What is a Shopify ERP integration?
A Shopify ERP integration is a real-time, two-way connection between your Shopify store and your ERP, so orders, inventory, customers, and pricing stay in sync across both systems instead of being retyped by hand.
Which ERP systems do you connect to Shopify?
We connect Shopify to the ERPs manufacturers and distributors actually run, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Acumatica, Sage, Epicor, and Infor, through either Uncap Connect or a managed iPaaS integration.
What is the difference between Uncap Connect and iPaaS integration?
Uncap Connect is an embedded Shopify app living inside the Shopify admin for one flat monthly rate. An iPaaS integration uses a licensed middleware platform we build, configure, and support. Same accountability, different model.
How much does a Shopify ERP integration cost?
Uncap Connect starts at $8,000 to set up and then a flat $390 per month. A managed iPaaS integration starts at $14,000 with a $500 to $2,000 monthly platform cost. We scope the exact figure to your systems up front.
Does Shopify have native ERP connectors?
Yes, for some ERPs. Shopify has partnered with ERP providers on direct integrations, including Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite (through Oracle's NetSuite ERP Connector), and QuickBooks Online. Shopify also warns that some App Store integrations aren't fully compatible with Shopify B2B companies and catalogs, which is where B2B operations usually need more.
Can Shopify be integrated with SAP?
Yes. Uncap integrates Shopify with SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA, with pricing, inventory, customers, and orders kept in sync. Each version has its own page covering how the connection works.
Does the integration handle B2B pricing and accounts?
Yes. Companies, locations, account-specific catalogs, layered price lists, and payment terms are first-class. B2B primitives are native in Uncap Connect and mapped in for iPaaS builds, not worked around.
Who supports the integration after it launches?
One team and one point of accountability. The senior crew that builds the integration also supports it, so you are not bounced between a middleware vendor and an agency when something needs attention.
